I have always loved Gypsy caravan art, and have recently been enjoying a book titled, "Travelling Art: Gypsy Caravans and Canal Barges". It inspired me to create these little swan toys! It's outside of the norm for me, but I had so much fun painting them! What do you think?

I've always loved the "Roms/Gypsies" esp. a caravan and I can imagine a little Rom child treasuring your art, as well as their parents. Does this mean you're going to be making more Rom inspired art, Leila? I would love to see some :)

Wendy - Yes! I've been dreaming of a separate Etsy shop, that features my less skeletal/more whimsical inspired art. So, if these types of pieces are well received, I will definitely be making more Rom inspired art! :)

I used to have a traveling homes book it was all hippy dippy reno buses etc. really great photos . I wonder if my library would have this book you have ? I'm gonna look ☺
