These winged ladies were inspired by old school tattoo design, and the good old classic theme of "life and death". One is a beautiful woman with colorful butterfly wings, and the other is a sugar skull gypsy with bat wings. I drew a woman's profile and used the same head and wing size, so they would be mirror images of each other.
